Newton Reciprocating Hi-Pressure Pumps utilise the large area of Air-drive piston directly connected to a small-area pumping piston to produce low cost hydraulic power from available shop air. These Hi- Pressure pumps are powered and controlled by compressed air supply, and require no electrical connections. Their compact size, and ability to perform in any position, has broad appeal for in-plant, mobile machinery and OEM applications. Typical applications are Testing, Embossing, Laminating, Riveting, Welding, Crimping, Blanking, Lifting and many others. They are ideally suited for maintaining hydraulic pressure for prolonged periods without excessive heat generation and costly power consumption, typical of hydraulic pumps.
Newton Reciprocating Hi-Pressure Pumps are quiet in operation, compact in design and are easy to operate. These pumps work automatically on connection to a filtered, regulated & lubricated air supply. The air drive section is automatically cycled by an internal pilot bleed valve system, eliminating the need for cumbersome external connections. They come with foot mounting brackets to enable easy mounting on a wall, workbench, cart etc., thus eliminating the need for additional floor space requirements.
These pumps are available in various input-output pressure ratios and delivery combinations. The pressure ratios available are from 10 up to 200 and the output pressure up to 1000kg/cm2.
